Secretary’s Report — Glenda
• Certificate of Appreciation from RC of Alexandra for assistance at their annual Art Show.
• Changeover invitations circulated from RC of Mansfield and Alexandra, and of course, our own Changeover on 26th June.
• Cycle Dindi committee has met to finalise this years event, and have tentatively agreed to hold the event in 2026.
• Still some gaps to fill for the footy gate roster. Please help if you can.
Treasurers Report — Gary F:

Disbursements as listed supported by club members.
Tony Jacobs spoke on the proposed joint venture with Yea & District Memorial Hospital to provide and set up a building at the Yea Saleyards so the important health checks can continue to be accessed. Board has agreed on a 50/50 basis with the hospital, who will also apply for a $20,000 grant through Elders. It is anticipated that Rotary will have an initial cost of $14,000 plus $4,000 ongoing costs. Members indicated their support for the project.

Paul reported that outbound student, Andrew, is enjoying his exchange in Germany, having completed the Euro Tour with other exchange students, and taking part in pro-jects with his host family.
Lily reported that our next inbound exchange student will arrive in July, and will be hosted by Kristie, Eoghan and family. Further host families are needed.
Exchange program for 2026/27 will be put on hold due to difficulties in finding host families.
RYPEN weekend camp will be held 29 August. Looking for candidates to attend.
RYLA program for participants 18—30 yrs, will be 23 to 27 November.
Youth Services, cont.
Chris has been interviewed on UGFM, broadcasting our exchange program and seeking host families, though so far without response..
We have used social media and are in contact with the local schools to promote the program. A payment of $150 is available per week to support hosting if re-quired.

The ANZAC Day post ceremony BBQ was well sup-ported, though there was a fault in the gas line. This has fixed and modified to ensure safety for users.
International Service—Tippy
Funds raised on our Thai/Japanese night next week will go towards supporting funeral costs for Thai families who need financial support.

There have been cases of Polio in Papua New Guinea, with 2 cases in Lae and 2 environmental samples in Port Morsby. Vaccination rates are increasing, aiming for eradication. The No. 1 focus of Global Grants has been disease prevention and treatment.
