Secretary’s Report—Glenda
• Letter from Childrens First Foundation, seeking support for student in Zambia who required surgery.
• Murrindindi Shire—approval to conduct Art Show Raffle in High Street
• Murrindindi Shire—Food traders approval for next 12 months.
• Catering request for post wedding breakfast, May 2025.
Glenda, Sue and Haru visited the RYLA program on Tuesday evening, catching up with our attendee Haylee Fyfe and enjoying a meal with the participants and guests. There was a very positive vibe at the gathering. Haru reconnected with participant Darcy, a member of the Broadmeadows RC who visited Yea.
Haylee is enjoying the challenges presented and feels as though she is gain so much from the experience already

Community Service—Les Hall
• Art show screens used by show committee for Yea Show are currently being stored at Yea Rec and will be transported to hall for Art Show by Show Com-mittee members.
• Rotary will do BBQ for Carols at Railway Park on 15 December.

Youth Services—Julie Lynch (in absence of Lily Cox)
• As reported by Glenda, RYLA attendee (nominated by Lily) Haylee Fyfe is enjoying her RYLA experiences.
• Youth Exchange—Yea Pottery Club has welcomed Haru to attend and participate in clay modelling, which Haru reports as being a lot of fun.
• Haru is moving from her current host family, Dredges, to stay with the Hard/Charles family.
• Nakaiah, former outbound student, is currently doing short term stay in Taiwan, and has reported very positively of her experiences with school and activities.
• Andrew, our 2025 outbound student, heads off in 6 weeks to Germany for 12 months. Goodluck Andrew!
• 5 applicants for Ruth Konig Scholarship.
• School bursaries will be awarded next meeting.
